About Me

Welcome to my blog! I'm Stephanie, your go-to gal on this soulful journey we call life, right here at “Empower Her Peace & Healing.” Born and raised with the carefree spirit of Hawaii, I've traversed paths lined with both harmony and hardship, each step marking a chapter in my story of self-love and rediscovery.

For the past 12 years, I’ve juggled life as Stephanie, mostly placing myself on the back burner. Motherhood called—loudly, with all its fierce love and fierce demands. My two beautiful daughters, my heartbeats, aged 12 and 6, have been my world. Yet, in nurturing their light, I dimmed my own, navigating through a labyrinth of self-neglect that so many of us find all too familiar.

Today, I stand reinvigorated by a mission sparked from my own awakening—a desire to ignite a conversation about self-care and mental wellness, especially among women who've worn themselves thin for everyone else. Here, I delve into the essence of what it means to truly care for oneself, sharing insights that are as much about healing as they are about empowerment.

This blog is a sanctuary where I unravel the complexities of balancing life’s roles without losing oneself in the process. Through my writings, I explore themes of self-care that go beyond bubble baths and spa days—it’s about mental resilience, emotional nourishment, and the audacity to prioritize oneself.

My hope? To inspire you, my readers, to embark on your own journeys of self-love. To recognize that while the role of a mother, a partner, a friend, is etched deeply into our beings, there is a vibrant, dynamic self that also deserves attention and care.

So, stick around, and let’s journey together. Whether through reflective posts that might stretch your mind or brief musings that uplift in moments of need, I am here, charting paths to wellness and wholeness with you.

And remember, my door (or inbox!) is always open. If you ever feel like reaching out to share, to ask, or simply to connect, I’m all ears. Together, let's redefine what it means to thrive, not just survive.
